We request that classes be booked in advanced to assure you a positive experience. (Use this link.)
Doors open 15min. before class starts (FYI, Our classes start 15 mins. after the hour and our doors open on the hour).
Sign up window expires one hour prior to class starting. We like to give the teacher time to prepare the room for class and check in with students.
Kids are welcomed when accompanied by a legal guardian, normal pricing and an additional waiver are required. Being a small studio with limited space they are required to stay in the yoga room with us.
ARRIVE ON TIME
Once class starts the teacher won’t be able to let in late arrivals. Be sure to arrive a few minutes before, giving yourself the minutes you need to check in, put away your items, roll out your mat, and gather any props you’ll need for class. Got a few extra minutes before class begins? Sit quietly and focus on your breath, or do a few gentle stretches to warm up.
A gentle reminder:
Be mindful/supportive of others and their time, we never know what another is going through on any given day therefore we choose to leave controversial and political topics at the door and only show kindness and respect for each other.
TELL US ABOUT ANY INJURIES/ALLERGIES
Many teachers like to give gentle (or sometimes more intense) assists in class, like guiding you deeper into a pose or shifting your alignment position. If you’re sore, injured, or don’t feel like receiving a hands on assist please share with your teacher before class begins.
We are also a studio that understands the severity of allergic reactions. Please tell your teacher of any allergy or asthma
triggers at check in.
